NYCCD's sister company, the New York Center for Infants & Toddlers (NYCIT), is an Early Intervention program that serves children ages birth to 3 who have special needs. It has had a long standing partnership with a research team at UCLA.
Together, UCLA and NYCIT are examining the effectiveness of adding a targeted play based intervention focused on social communication and joint attention to an existing ABA Curriculum.
